BREXIT and VAT

We are a UK based business and our EU customers have, and always will be, a very important part of our business. We will continue to do what we can to ensure that we're able to provide great products and service throughout the EU.

For UK customers this means that VAT will be shown in the price you pay at checkout. Our product prices will remain the same as they currently are.

For EU customers you will checkout without paying VAT on the prices of your products. However, this VAT will be payable locally when the products arrive in your country (known as “Delivered at Place” [DAP]). Product prices, including the eventual payment of VAT locally, will remain essentially the same as they currently are.

HOW WILL IT WORK FOR EU CUSTOMERS

YOU PURCHASE

You can order as normal through the Pure Peptides UK website. All product prices have been reduced to account for the fact that we are no longer collecting VAT for EU sales.

YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED

We will continue to ship from our UK warehouse. We have invested significant time and energy in ensuring that orders are processed and shipped quicker than ever.

ON ARRIVAL

When your purchase arrives in your country you may be contacted by phone, email or post to pay the VAT and any applicable duties (Delivered At Place). Your order will then be delivered as normal.
