All orders are packaged securely and discreetly for your privacy as standard. There are no external markings to suggest what is inside the package. All prices quoted on this page include UK VAT at 20% where applicable.
All our products are sold under the delivery terms "Delivered at Place" (DAP). Under DAP delivery terms, the buyer is responsible for any customs-related costs, tariffs, taxes, fees, or duties that may apply. All orders are dispatched from the UK.

Free Registered Mail (Signed for) delivery is provided on all orders where the total order value is £50 or above. Orders with a value of £300 and above will be sent using Special Delivery (Next day, delivered Monday-Friday) for free.

Due to the physical presentation of our products, there is the risk that some customs authorities may hold the shipment for detailed examination. This is most likely to occur with shipments via DHL Worldwide Express, as detailed manifests are provided by DHL to the customs authorities.
Returns Policy
If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you get 14 calendar days to return your order for a refund. This two week cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order. We can only accept returned items that have not been opened and have security seals in tact.
