We only send packages via postal or courier services that provide tracking information. When we dispatch your parcel, we send an email to you at the time of dispatch which includes the parcel tracking reference. You can also use an all-in-one tracking service like https://17track.net where you enter your tracking number and it shows the tracking status across a large number of couriers. This site is particularly useful for international orders, as it will show the status of each leg of the parcel's journey.
